Erasmus + Staff [1]

Within the Erasmus+ Staff programme, the Sistema Bibliotecario di Ateneo takes part in mobility and professional exchange activities aimed at staff working in European university libraries.

 

Once a year, the Sistema Bibliotecario welcomes librarian colleagues from other European universities, offering them the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the organization of library services, the activities supporting teaching and research, and the main innovations introduced in the management of information resources.

 

During their stay, meetings, library visits and discussion sessions with staff are organized in order to promote the exchange of best practices, professional dialogue and the development of new international collaborations.

 

These experiences represent an important opportunity for mutual growth, allowing the sharing of skills, organizational models and different perspectives on the role of academic libraries within the European context.
